The superb campaign brings the best player’s together to represent planet Earth – is this the most expensive advert ever?
Everyone has their ultimate dream team – compromising of the best players in world football – but none have been able to achieve it quite like this Samsung-assembled Galaxy 11.
This brilliant marketing campaign – named ‘Football Saves the Day’ – focuses around a bid to save Earth from alien domination, by building an unstoppable team on a virtual football pitch.
German legend Franz Beckenbauer is given the enviable task of selecting his side – with Lionel Messi, Wayne Rooney, Radamel Falcao and Oscar some of those included.
With the team missing their final star – the Kaiser turns to Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo – who is strangely taking on a whole female volleyball team single-handedly.
There is even a cameo for Sky Sports’ Martin Tyler who will surely be given the nod to commentate on such an epic encounter.
Galaxy 11 is a multi-platform campaign that is set to feature across a wide range of Samsung devices – with fans across the globe able to follow the team’s progress over the course of the month.
